Common Questions
How do I link my Roblox account?
Go to Account Settings → Linked Accounts and click 'Link Roblox Account'. You'll be redirected through Roblox's OAuth flow.
My rank or XP isn't showing correctly.
Make sure your Roblox account is linked and verified. Data syncs periodically — try refreshing your dashboard. If it persists, submit a ticket.
I think my account was wrongly banned.
Submit a ticket with your username and a description of the situation. Our moderation team reviews all ban appeals within 48 hours.
How do I join a team?
Teams are managed in-game. Link your Roblox account first, then your team membership will sync automatically to the portal.
I can't log into my account.
Try resetting your password via the sign-in page. If you used social login (Discord/Roblox), make sure that account is still active.
